Network

The Alumni Network JA is an international community within the Junior Achievement ecosystem that drives the continuous development of young leaders committed to change.

What does it mean to be an Alumni?

It means staying active within the JA movement by participating in professional growth spaces, leading projects, connecting with other agents of change, and accessing opportunities that strengthen their purpose.

The Youth Entrepreneurs Association, as part of the JA ecosystem, recognizes and promotes the link with the Alumni Network. This connection allows its members to access experiences, programs, and initiatives that are part of this international community.

Dynamics between AEJ and JA Guatemala Alumni

The dynamic operates under an integrated model:

  • AEJ is the name adopted by the network of alumni in Guatemala, with its own projects, visual identity, activities, seasons, and internal programs.

  • JA Guatemala Alumni is the official name for the international network, which connects us with Junior Achievement Americas and Junior Achievement Worldwide.

In practice, we are the same community, but with two complementary faces:

  • The local face, dynamic, creative, and close to Guatemalan youth (AEJ).

  • The international face, which allows participation in global calls for proposals, exchanges, forums, scholarships, and networking opportunities within the global JA Alumni network.

 

This means that those who are part of AEJ are automatically part of JA Alumni globally.
